Kidbrooke Square Station

About project

Designed by the Glenn Howells Architects, the masterplan shows 413 new homes on a vacant four-acre site by Kidbrooke railway station in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Kegel LTD construct it for private sale, shared ownership, and affordable rent, within six new blocks featuring brick-built facades, reaching heights of up to 16 stories, clustered around landscaped courtyards. Kegel took a massive part of it delivering the whole external package on time. Our duties include SFS, Windows, and Masonry. This is a complex project, and we have had to call on all of our skills and experience in delivering major schemes on logistically constrained sites, next to railways and local residents, to develop a practical well-considered approach to building and dealing with delivery at the same time.
